RETURNS, EXCHANGES, & REFUNDS
Thank you for supporting DeCarmenAfrik.
IN AGREEMENT WITH OUR LIMITED-EDITION ITEMS WE DO NOT PROCEED TO EXCHANGES.
FOR ALL RETURNS INQUIRIES, WE INVITE CUSTOMERS TO CONTACT US INFO@DECARMENAFRIK.COM BEFORE PROCEEDING TO SHIPMENT TO BE INFORMED ON INTERNATIONAL PROCEDURES. PRODUCTS PURCHASED AT FULL PRICE ARE ONLY ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN FOR A FULL REFUND WITHIN 14 days from the date that the product was delivered to you.
Once your return is processed, a refund will be issued to original payment method. Please note we are only able to refund the original card(s) used to place the order.
Your products must be returned in new and unworn condition, the original packaging and other signature packaging materials from DeCarmenAfrik. DeCarmenAfrik reserves the right to decline any return that doesn’t apply to our policy.
We do not offer returns, exchanges, and refunds on accessories! All accessories are FINAL SALE!
IN SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES, IF YOU ARE APPROVED FOR AN EXCHANGE, YOU WILL BE CONTACTED TO DISCUSS YOUR OPTIONS. All returns would have to be made with the carrier your order was ship with (DHL or USPS) to ensure a safe return to our warehouses.
LATE RETURNS
We are not accepting any products returned outside the 14 day deadline for returns and will not be accepted.
